If you’re taking care of someone dealing with a lot of pain or illness, it can take a huge toll on your emotional and physical well-being. Sometimes you may not feel like you can get all your pent-up feelings off your chest, because you feel like your problems “don’t matter” as much as the ones that others are going through.
