    Anna attended the University of Hawaii and later graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She holds a degree in Pastry and Baking Arts and spent years working as a baker and volunteering at various events including the James Beard Awards. After having children Anna shifted her focus to researching and creating healthier recipes that still satisfy even the biggest sweet tooth.
