Elizabeth Sirrell

Elizabeth lives with her husband in a beautiful part of Scotland, surrounded by idyllic scenery. She has lived with pain for most of her life. When she was ten years old, she developed scoliosis, which has caused severe chronic back and rib pain. As well as this, she suffers from other painful conditions such as trigeminal neuralgia, migraine and arthritis. She also has osteoporosis and most recently was diagnosed with coeliac disease. Despite her pain, Elizabeth tries to remain positive. She tries to help other pain sufferers by sharing her experiences and coping techniques on her blog, Despite Pain.
