  1. I’ve been using infrared therapy (which you can buy online), and it is working well. It’s really helping with my eczema (dermatitis). When I went to my dermatologist, he never mentioned anything about infrared light therapy. Instead, he gave me a prescription that works temporarily. So now, I’m using infrared therapy along with my prescription cream when my eczema flares up.
