One way to get motivated to move is to exercise with others.
Sign up for a workout with the November Project, a group-sweat initiative designed to encourage people to get their heart rates up in the company of others.
“We welcome everyone and anyone regardless of age or fitness level, say November Project co-founders Brogan Graham and Bojan Mandaric. Our workouts are designed to encourage constant progress and improvement.

Check out our story on how to stay in the game when pain does strike for tips on how to help protect you against an exercise injury, or to bounce back from one.
