I’ve never owned a weighted blanket but hear so many positives from sensory processing disorder folks. I want one for my counseling office.
Weighted blankets warms you up faster cause it gives you the feeling of someone trying to hug you, comfort you with warmth.
If it works I would use it every day but I haven’t found anything that works yet
