One idea to help take your mind off of your pain is to choose your favorite photo and focus all of your attention on it by remembering everything there is to know about that photo where and when it was taken; who you were with; how you felt at that time Were you happy? Were you with loved ones? Was it taken during an especially joyous time in your life?
