Jaime A. Heidel founded I Told You I Was Sick - Information and Validation for Those With Mystery Symptoms nearly a decade ago to provide support and validation for those living with chronic illness. She understands firsthand what it's like to not be taken seriously and how much emotional damage that can do to someone struggling with physical health problems. In addition to her blog, she has recently launched a Facebook page called 'Jaime A. Heidel - The Articulate Autistic' [facebook.com/thearticulateautistic/] where she writes content and creates videos about life on the autism spectrum.
Pain Resource was created with you in mind. As we researched current chronic pain resources, we realized that so many were filled with misinformation, didn’t accurately consider the needs of people living with chronic pain, or, in some cases, were outright predatory.
That’s when we decided to start Pain Resource. With our team of writers, medical professionals, and real people living with chronic pain, we sought to provide a reliable, comprehensive resource for the chronic pain community.
Now, we are dedicated to providing you with relevant, research-backed content that will make a real difference in your life. Living with an invisible illness is inherently challenging, but you don’t have to handle it alone. Pain Resource about us
