Sarah-Louise Bailey

Sarah began her blog Life in a Break Down back in 2010, after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, as a way to remember the good times. She has battled with mental health issues from a young age, and currently navigates borderline personality disorder, depression and anxiety. She also lives with multiple chronic conditions which all play a large part in her life, with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Hyper Mobility Syndrome two more in a long list of diagnoses. She believes that in writing about her conditions she faces them head-on, while hopefully raising awareness and helping others who may be facing the same trials. You can find her on InstagramFacebook and Twitter.
